HOW THE CC CREAM FILLED INTO SPONGE What is the CC cream?

CC cream is the abbreviation of color correct, which means to correct unnatural and imperfect skin tone. Most CC creams have the effect of brightening dull skin tone.

Its covering power is usually stronger than that of segregation cream, but lighter than BB cream and foundation. It is a makeup product that integrates concealer, sun protection, and skin beautification, and meets the requirements of fast makeup application, easy application, and portability. As a kind of base makeup, CC cream has a certain concealing effect, and sometimes adds UV absorbers to have a certain sunscreen effect, and the purpose is to present a natural skin tone.

HOW THE CC CREAM FILLED INTO SPONGE

1. Load CC Cream Bulk into SUS316L Tank.

2. Prepare a CC cream container with sponge and then place on rotary disc.

3. After the automatic detection, it starts filling. The detection actions the filling: no object detected, no filling.  

4. Manually put the inner ring and automatically press it to make sure it doesn't loosen.

5. Mechanical pickup system suction the end product out and put them on the outlet conveyor.
